Ingredients:

16 Slices of Cucumber
4 Slices of Seed Loaf
2-3 Tbsp Basil Pesto
4 – 8 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup of Microgreens (Purple Kohlrabi)
Black Pepper
1-2 Tbsp Toasted Sunflower Seeds (optional)

 

Directions

  1. Toast or grill the seed loaf slices.
  2. Divide and spread the basil pesto onto the 4 slices of seed loaf.
  3. Divide the cucumber and microgreens evenly between the slices.
  4. Enjoy!
