Fresh microgreens have a short life once harvested. For individual orders, growing against real demand helps us deliver something fresher and avoid harvesting produce that may never be sold.

Arable directly delivers fresh produce in the Western Cape. Customers elsewhere in South Africa can still order fresh products online, but long-distance fresh shipping needs protective, temperature-conscious packaging and faster logistics.
Before you check out
National fresh shipping can get expensive.
The produce is light. Keeping it fresh over a long distance is the expensive part. If you are outside the Western Cape, expect shipping to be noticeably higher than for a normal shelf-stable online order.
The no-growing-time option
