You scanned the QR on your Superfood Salad Mix, so here’s the part a supermarket shelf can’t tell you: who grew it, where it came from and what to do with it once you get home.

Superfood Salad Mix brings together fresh microgreens and leafy greens in one colourful 70 g punnet. We grow it locally in a controlled vertical farm, harvest it fresh and pack it for an easy way to add more flavour, colour and greens to everyday meals.
We grow indoors because fresh food shouldn’t depend on perfect weather. Our vertical farms give us more control over the growing environment, let us produce close to customers and help us use water and space more efficiently.
Grown in Somerset West rather than travelling across long supply chains before reaching your fridge.
Light, irrigation and the growing environment are managed indoors for reliable production through the year.
Vertical farming allows us to recirculate water and grow more food in a much smaller physical footprint.
Treat it like a fresh finishing ingredient. Add a handful to whatever you are already making and let the colour, crunch and flavour do the work.

Finish your eggs with a handful just before serving. Simple, fresh and very difficult to make look bad.

Use the mix as the fresh layer in wraps, pitas and loaded sandwiches instead of standard lettuce.

Roast first, then scatter the greens over the top once the tray comes out of the oven.

Add a fresh handful after baking. It brings colour, texture and a little freshness to a very good decision.
A little at breakfast, a handful at lunch, the rest over dinner. The mix was designed to work across meals rather than wait for the one day you feel like making a salad.
